Peacock is turning up the heat with two hot new releases. The Blumhouse horror film Night Swim and the horror-comedy Lisa Frankenstein are heading your way!

Lisa Frankenstein

Lisa Frankenstein offers a glimpse into the wildly unconventional romance between a teenage girl and her reanimated crush. Kathryn Newton stars as Lisa, the ultimate outsider teen. Using her scientific know-how, she brings back to life the perfect boyfriend – a charming Victorian corpse named Victor (Cole Sprouse).

The film springs from Diablo Cody’s creative brilliance behind hits like Jennifer’s Body and Juno. Known for her sharp wit and a penchant for offbeat narratives, Cody injects her signature dark humor into this 80s-infused story. This side-splitting, heartwarming adventure marks Zelda Williams’ directorial debut.

Peacock digs up this unconventional love story on March 29!

Night Swim

The film stars Wyatt Russell (“Monarch”) as Ray, a major league baseball player forced into early retirement. He moves into a new home with his wife Eve (Oscar® nominee Kerry Condon), teenage daughter (Amélie Hoeferle), and young son (Gavin Warren). Ray persuades Eve that their new home’s backyard swimming pool will be fun for the kids and provide physical therapy for him. A dark secret lurks just below the surface. It’s ready to unleash an evil force that will drag the family into the depths of terror.

Bryce McGuire (also behind the upcoming horror film Baghead) wrote and directed the movie based on Rod Blackhurst and Bryce McGuire’s acclaimed 2014 short horror film.

Horror heavy hitters James Wan (Saw, Insidious, The Conjuring) and Jason Blum (The Black Phone, whose sequel is in the works) produce. It is executive produced by Michael Clear and Judson Scott for Atomic Monster and by Ryan Turek for Blumhouse.
