Ishana Night Shyamalan, daughter of the renowned M. Night Shyamalan, is making a splash with her directorial debut, the chilling horror film The Watchers. News has come that the movie is getting an early home release!
Dakota Fanning, Georgina Campbell, Oliver Finnegan, and Olwen Fouéré star in the film, which sees a group stalked by unseen creatures that emerge at night.
The Watchers is based on the novel of the same name by A.M. Shine. The film follows Mina (Fanning), an artist stranded in the desolate wilderness of western Ireland. Lost and alone, she stumbles upon a group of strangers who share a horrifying secret. As they band together, they must confront a terrifying entity that lurks in the shadows.
Ishana Night Shyamalan not only directed the film but also penned the screenplay. Her father, M. Night Shyamalan, is a producer alongside Ashwin Rajan and Nimitt Mankad. With Ishana’s background directing episodes of the horror series “Servant,” Shyamalan has already established herself as a talent to watch.
