Directed by Dan Lantz, the film follows Sam (Moseley) as he exacts revenge on the corrupt town officials who threaten to steal his family farm. This sets the stage for a brutal showdown with Sheriff Jubel (Hodder), filmed on the Coxe Family Farm in Pennsylvania.
Kane Hodder has played many well-known villains in the genre, including Jason Voorhees and Victor Crowley in the Hatchet franchise. This is not the first time Hodder and Moseley have starred together; they both appeared in The Devil’s Rejects and Old 37. Moseley is best known for his roles in multiple Rob Zombie movies, including House of 1000 Corpses.
Hayride to Hell also stars Graham Wolfe, Allyson Malandra, Denise Parella McDonald, Jared Michael Delaney, Shelby Hightower, and Melanie Martyn. Kristina Chadwick and Robert Lange wrote the script, which was shot on Chadwick and Lange’s farm in Pennsylvania.
Hayride to Hell originally premiered back in 2022 and has finally been set to be released after being acquired by Breaking Glass Films. It will be available on digital platforms starting September 24th. Don’t miss this gruesome showdown between horror legends.
