“Big Picture Cinema Group and Impossible Dream Entertainment have announced that production is underway on the upcoming survival horror thriller Night Comes.
The film will star Alexander Ludwig, known for his imposing role as Bjorn Lothbrok in the mega-hit series “Vikings.” You can watch him in action now on Netflix.
Night Comes, set in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity faces a cataclysmic threat, follows two sisters, played by Dafne Keen (Deadpool and Wolverine) and Samantha Lorraine (The Walking Dead), who star along with Ludwig. They must navigate the dangers of their grim reality and undertake a dangerous mission in hopes of saving mankind.
This edge-of-your-seat film marks Jay Hernandez’s directorial debut. Hernandez is known for his memorable performances in films like Hostel and Suicide Squad. He penned the script along with Jason Bourque and Nancy Isaak.
The film’s production team includes renowned cinematographer Milan Chadima (Hostel), production designer Roger Fires (Deadpool 2), and the special effects team from Amazing Ape (Deadpool 2). Big Picture Cinema Group and Versatile Media co-financed the project, and The Exchange handles worldwide sales.
