Halloween is coming, but why wait till then to enjoy some candy? There’s candy all over the place in stores at the moment and we can argue till the cows come home which candy is the best and assign them to tier lists, but unfortunately, there’s a lack of variety. If you want a variety and unique twists on some of your Halloween favorites, you’ll have to look online, and luckily for you, I discovered Dylan’s Candy Bar!

I would like to give a big Thank You to Dylan’s Candy Bar for sending over some of their Halloween candies to try!

First up is the Haunted House Sweets Bulk Bag! This bag contains a combination of milk chocolate spiced gummy candies and grape-flavored haunted houses. The bag was supposed to contain licorice black cats but mine didn’t have any, which was OK because I tend to avoid licorice candy anyway.

Next up is the Fruity Gummy Skulls & Bones Bulk Bag! These gummies live up to the name with their strong fruity taste. The size of these skulls and bones is enough to satisfy your sweet tooth for a moment before you come crawling back to gnaw on more bones like a ravenous Werewolf.

Here we have the Creepy Candy Coffin! Satisfy your inner Gouhl and crack open this coffin full of gummy body parts and chocolate eyes!

Finally, the best for last is the Halloween Surprise Bash Coffin! You thought the previous entry would make you feel like a Gouhl, well, this one will make you work for the title! This chocolate coffin comes with a little wooden mallet for you to smash open to reveal what tasty treats await you inside!

Inside you’ll find crushed Oreo cookies (giving a dirt effect), chocolate-covered pretzels, gummy fingers eyes, and brains. Don’t forget the rest of the coffin, measuring 7.4″ x 3.5″ x 2″, that’s some serious chocolate goodness there! The chocolate coffin is really good, as well as the chocolate-covered pretzels, but the gummies are a bit dry, who says you can’t drop them into a drink and enjoy later?

Overall, I really enjoyed these candies. I can see the Bash Coffin as a Trick-Or-Treat Yo Self item to get for yourself as you marathon horror movies all Halloween night or treat the ghouls in your life with something a little special for this festive time. After taste testing some of these, it’s worth the price and potential cavity or two.
