One of my favorite parts of my job is interviewing people from all areas of the film industry. Occasionally, I have the pleasure of catching up with filmmakers over the years. One of those people is filmmaker and actor Miles Doleac.
Miles has been involved in many films, including Renfield, The Dinner Party, The Hollow, Demigod, and the “Containment” series. When I learned he was starring in and producing the new movie Bone Face, I thought it was time to catch up again.
Bone Face, which is out now, is part slasher, part “who-done-it.” The film follows Sheriff Vince Cronin and Deputy Jo McCully as they investigate a series of brutal murders. As the body count rises, terror sets in, and the investigation leads them to a seedy diner. They must confront a diverse and unruly group of patrons who could be potential suspects. Can they find the killer before another camper dies?

Bone Face boasts a talented cast, with Jeremy London (Mallrats), Elena Sanchez (The Hunger Games), and Alli Hart (Promising Young Woman) starring alongside Doleac. Bone Face was directed by Michael Donovan Horn, who previously co-wrote The Dinner Party and Demigod with Miles Doleac (interview).
