Reef Entertainment and Bitmap Bureau have announced “Terminator 2D: No Fate,” an officially licensed 2D action side-scroller. The new trailer showcases its retro-style gameplay and offers a nostalgic look at iconic Terminator 2: Judgment Day scenes recreated in classic arcade style.
Players will step into the roles of Sarah Connor and the T-800. They must navigate a series of thrilling missions to thwart the T-1000 and Skynet’s destructive plans. The game allows John Connor to lead the Resistance, fighting on the front lines in the war against the machines. The game’s unique story blends iconic scenes from Terminator 2: Judgment Day with original scenarios and multiple endings, allowing players to shape humanity’s fate.
Collectors Editions
Physical editions of “Terminator 2D: No Fate” will be available at select retailers. The Day One Edition includes a reversible cover sleeve, “Unknown Future” cloth poster, 25mm collectible metal arcade token, and collector’s box. The Collector’s Edition features all the Day One Edition content, plus a collector’s tin, steelbook, “Fiery Visions” cloth poster, premium metal paperweight, flipbook, and art book. An Online Exclusive Edition, available only on the Reef Direct Online Store, includes a black version of the Collector’s Tin and a “Steel Mill Showdown” cloth poster.
