From director Mackenzie Donaldson (The Definites) comes All the Lost Ones, a gritty thriller set in a dystopian near-future where the Civil War has torn America apart. We watch as a group takes shelter in a cabin as a rebel militia hunts them, forcing them into a brutal fight for survival.

The cast of this intense, thrilling film includes Jasmine Matthews, Douglas Smith, and Vinessa Antoine. Devon Sawa, known for “Chucky,” Idle Hands, and Final Destination, joins them.

Donaldson shared his vision for the film: “At its core, this film is about survival.” He also said it is about resistance. It explores impossible choices. These choices are for the future—the future they want to fight for. He added context to the setting: “With a backdrop of an invasion and war on North American soil, ” he believes, “‘All the Lost Ones’ feels more urgent than ever.”

All the Lost Ones had an impressive festival tour. It made its world premiere at the 2024 Cinefest Sudbury International Film Festival, winning Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Writing. It also won Best Narrative Feature at the 2024 Vancouver Horror Show and Best Narrative Feature at the 2024 Forest City Film Festival.

“We are beyond thrilled to bring ‘All The Lost Ones’ to audiences,” said Epic Pictures CEO Patrick Ewald. “Mackenzie Donaldson has crafted a gripping thriller that feels both timely and timeless. With powerhouse performances from Jasmine Mathews, Douglas Smith, and a chilling turn from Devon Sawa, this is a film that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats. It’s a raw, relentless vision of survival in a fractured world, and we can’t wait for audiences to experience it.”
