Get ready, found footage fans! Terror Films Releasing has finally unleashed the first preview trailer for Hell House LLC: Lineage! Before this, we’d only gotten a few cryptic teasers and unsettling clips of Vanessa (Elizabeth Vermilyea). But now, the genuine scares are starting to show! Get ready, because a full-length trailer is here.

The Terrifying Synopsis:

Haunted by visions and recurring nightmares, Vanessa Shepherd finds herself living in the town of Abaddon. She finds herself unable to break free from its unexplainable hold on her. When people around her suddenly and inexplicably begin to die, she soon uncovers her terrifying connection to the Abaddon Hotel, the Carmichael Manor, and the mysterious murders that have been occurring for decades, long before Hell House.

Want to experience the terror on the big screen? Times and locations are now available on Fandango with tickets going on sale July 9. Don’t worry if you don’t see a location near you just yet – we’re told more theaters will start popping up on Fandango, AMC Theaters, and Regal Theater screens soon. Head to a theater near you on August 20, 2025! This marks the first for the franchise with Hell House LLC: Lineage being the first to hit theaters.
