Get ready for a chilling tale where breaking a dying wish leads to brutal consequences! This July, the haunting horror film Bury Me When I’m Dead sees a man’s life spiral horrifically out of control after his wife passes away.
A Story of Betrayal
We meet Catherine, who, after receiving a devastating brain cancer diagnosis, travels with her husband Henry to her childhood home. Amidst their final, tender moments, Henry makes a solemn vow: he promises to bury her in a remote, secluded forest.
After Catherine’s sudden death, Henry finds himself under immense pressure, facing threats from her powerful and overbearing father, Gary. Overwhelmed by fear and guilt, Henry breaks his promise. He brings Catherine’s body back to the city for burial instead of the secluded forest she desired.
The weight of Henry’s betrayal, coupled with his fear of Catherine’s father, pushes him to the very edge. As his life rapidly begins to unravel, a series of increasingly strange and devastating events convince him of one terrifying truth: Catherine’s vengeful ghost is back.
