Lionsgate and Suretone Pictures have released the official trailer for their upcoming supernatural horror film, Do Not Enter, an adaptation of David Morrell’s bestselling novel, “Creepers.”

The film follows a group of young urban explorers who live-stream their adventures. Their latest venture takes them to the abandoned Paragon Hotel in New Jersey. There, they hope to find a legendary gangster’s hidden fortune of $300 million. However, they discover they aren’t alone. A rival group of treasure seekers and supernatural forces leave them fighting to survive.

Written by Stephen Susco and produced by former Geffen Records President Jordan Schur, the film stars Adeline Rudolph as Diane. Known for Netflix’s “The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” and “Gen V.”

Francesca Reale of Netflix’s “Stranger Things,” Jake Manley, star of Netflix’s “The Order,” and Laurence O’Fourain from “Game of Thrones” also star.

The ensemble also includes Kai Caster (“Yellowstone”), Shane Paul McGhie, and Brennan Keel Cook. Horror veteran Javier Botet, known for creature work in IT, The Conjuring, and Insidious, also stars.

Do Not Enter marks the feature film directorial debut of Marc Klasfeld, a renowned music video director who has collaborated with artists such as Lady Gaga and Eminem. The film was written by Stephen Susco and produced by Jordan Schur.

The film is the latest collaboration between Suretone Pictures and Lionsgate, building on their previous partnership, which includes films like The Kid. Combining found-footage horror elements with a traditional thriller style, Do Not Enter aims to capitalize on the growing popularity of urban exploration content online.

As soon as the release date is announced, we’ll let you know. In the meantime, the new trailer teases the horrors that await the adventurers. It’s creepy, action-packed, and looks like we’re in for a bloody good time!
