The highly anticipated second season of “Wednesday” is now available on Netflix! The first part of the season debuts today, Wednesday, August 6.
The series is created by showrunners Alfred Gough and Miles Millar. It is based on characters by Charles Addams, and sees Jenna Ortega reprise her role as the titular Wednesday Addams.
In Season 2, Wednesday returns to Nevermore Academy, but her peace is short-lived. A new threat emerges. Wednesday must confront a new tormentor to prevent a gruesome fate for her werewolf roommate, Enid. A chilling new trailer for the season reveals a black-tear-streaked Wednesday. She confesses to her mother, Morticia, that she has had a terrifying psychic vision of Enid’s death.

The series continues to be executive produced by Tim Burton, who also directed four episodes this season. It features music by Danny Elfman and Chris Bacon, ensuring the signature spooky and gothic atmosphere remains intact.

- Part 1, consisting of the first four episodes, is now streaming as of August 6, 2025.
- Part 2, with the final four episodes, will be released on September 3, 2025.
