A Chilling Secret in the Wilderness

 

The movie’s plot centers on a woman. She is desperate for a peaceful escape from her turbulent life and accepts a job as a fire lookout. She heads to a remote wilderness tower, thinking the solitude will be a much-needed remedy. However, as she settles into her new role, her isolation becomes the source of her dread.

Strange occurrences begin to unfold around her, shattering the tranquility she sought. She soon realizes that the forest holds a deep, chilling secret. To survive, she must uncover the truth about what is happening before it’s too late.

 

A Talented Team Behind the Terror

 

Lookout was filmed in Arizona’s Coconino National Forest, adding an incredible layer of authenticity to the setting. Lookout.

Stefan Colson directed the film, which was written by Brandon Cahela. Leading the cast is Meghan Carrasquillo, who stars as the young woman at the center of the mystery. Cahela is joined by a talented ensemble cast that includes Trent Culkin, John Marrs, Mitch Tellez, and Robert Clark. Jim Round, Braden McCawley, Cara Leoni, and Ryan Ellerbe round out the cast.

The film will be available on VOD, Blu-ray, and DVD on September 2 via Jackrabbit Media, just in time for your fall movie marathon.
