Fans of groundbreaking TV, get ready for some exciting news. Writer and producer Patrick Somerville, the brilliant mind behind hits like Station Eleven and Maniac, has just signed a two-year deal with Amazon MGM Studios, Variety reports. This means Somerville and his production company, chaoticgood.tv, will be creating new TV projects exclusively for the studio.

A Wolfenstein Series is On the Way!

The first project under this new deal is already making waves. As previously announced, Somerville is developing a TV series based on the classic video game franchise, Wolfenstein, for Prime Video. He’ll be serving as the creator, writer, and showrunner.

Somerville expressed his excitement, especially about teaming up with Jonah Nolan and Lisa Joy (the creators of Westworld), on the “Wolfenstein project. He mentioned that he’s looking forward to “honoring the beautiful madness of ‘Wolfenstein.'”

With this new deal, it’s clear that we can expect more stories to land on Prime Video soon.
