Behind the Camera

Joe Robert Cole, known for his work on Black Panther, is adapting the novel for the screen. He will serve as showrunner, executive producer, and will also direct multiple episodes, including the pilot. The series is being executive-produced by the Obamas’ Higher Ground Productions, Amblin Television, and author S.A. Cosby himself.

All the Sinners Bleed” is the latest collaboration between Netflix and Higher Ground, continuing a productive partnership that has previously yielded projects like “Leave the World Behind,” “Bodkin,” and “American Symphony.”

Production will begin on the series this November. We’ll keep you posted.
