First announced as renewed in February, Shudder and AMC+ have just announced that “The Creep Tapes” will indeed return for its second season. And you won’t have to wait long; it returns this November. The news was revealed at the show’s second season world premiere during Fantastic Fest.
The six new episodes are co-written by Creep creators Mark Duplass and Patrick Brice, with Duplass starring and Brice directing.
Season two will continue to expose the videotapes from the secret vault of a socially awkward, yet deadly, serial killer. As the story unfolds, the killer’s unsettling intentions become apparent through his bizarre behavior. And his victims quickly realize the fatal mistake they have made.
The cast includes David Dastmalchian, Robert Longstreet, Katie Aselton, Diego Josef, and Desean Terry, among others. Duplass, Brice, Mel Eslyn, Jay Duplass, and Chris Donlon executive produce.
Get ready, “The Creep Tapes” returns for another chilling season on Shudder and AMC+ on November 14, 2025. While we wait for the new trailer, here’s a look back at the trailer for the first season.
