Get ready for some serious scares this spooky season! Netflix is releasing a brand-new series, “True Haunting,” from James Wan, the genius behind The Conjuring universe, and it has already got horror and paranormal fans buzzing.

The new documentary series, titled “True Haunting,” is set to debut this October. It blends creepy reenactments with interviews from the people who actually lived through these terrifying experiences.

The trailer gives us a glimpse of what’s to come, including the story of a woman whose perfect home turns into a nightmare. Then there’s the story of a man driven to madness by unsettling voices and objects moving on their own. He states, “Something happened in that room, and we were the ones who triggered it.”

Fans are already freaking out about the show. The trailer, which promises “real stories, dark secrets, and pure fear,” has people so excited they’re already demanding more. It seems everyone agrees that if it’s a James Wan project, it’s going to be absolutely terrifying.

Want more terror from Wan? The Conjuring: Last Rites is now playing in theaters. Also, the HBO Max “The Conjuring” TV series is now in production. The Conjuring franchise is currently the top-grossing horror franchise, having earned more than $2 billion.

Looks like we’ll all be watching with the lights on when “True Haunting” debuts on October 7 on Netflix.
