One of the horror movies that should be on your “must-see” list is Coyotes. The balls-to-the-walls creature feature follows a family trapped in their Hollywood Hills home as a vicious pack of coyotes closes in. The film is a blend of heart-pounding tension with dark humor, promising an unforgettable cinematic experience.
Directed by Colin Minihan (Grave Encounters), the film includes massive talent, including Justin Long and Kate Bosworth, Mila Harris (Mary), Katherine McNamara (Shadowhunters), Brittany Allen (What Keeps You Alive), and Norbert Leo Butz (A Complete Unknown).
In my review, I called it a “fun-filled horror flick that will leave you howling.” I was thrilled to sit down with Mila Harris, who plays the daughter of Long and Bosworth. I could really identify with her, since her main goal is to protect the family dog throughout the movie. I’d be the same way.
Harris and I talked about the movie, its making, and the challenges of her role, as well as our mutual love for dogs. Watch our interview below and rush to the theater on October 3, 2025. Get your tickets now.
