In the movie, an influencer’s cabin getaway with her friends soon unravels into a nightmare. They aren’t alone. The trip turns terrifying when they discover a masked killer is stalking them.
The film has a unique distinction: its actress and producer, Rosemary Idisi, is the inaugural winner of Tubi’s first-ever Stubios Greenlight Contest. This victory underscores the growing demand for authentic and underrepresented voices in film and television.
Idisi is passionate about using this platform to diversify the genre. “I’m passionate about bringing diverse characters to life on screen, especially in genres where we haven’t traditionally seen ourselves,” Idisi stated. “Studios gave me the access, mentorship, and community support that young filmmakers like me rarely receive. I can’t wait to bring GLAMPING to a broader audience.”
Directed by Niki Koss and written by Alexa Garster, Glamping expands on Idisi’s earlier short film and dives deeper into the characters’ backstories.
It stars Rosemary Idisi, Joseph Purcell, Geffen Aviana, Chris Angelis, and David Hernandez. Isabella Ward, Annie Grant, Angelique Chapman, and Ian McKellan co-star.
Glamping is set to be released on Tubi, the free streaming service, on October 24, 2025.
