Have you seen the trailer for Lionsgate and Suretone Pictures’ upcoming supernatural horror film, Do Not Enter? The film happens to be an adaptation of David Morrell’s acclaimed, bestselling novel, “Creepers.”

The film follows a group of young urban explorers who live-stream their dangerous adventures. Their latest—and perhaps last—venture takes them deep into the abandoned Paragon Hotel in New Jersey. The team is seeking a legendary gangster’s hidden fortune, rumored to be worth $300 million.

However, the explorers quickly discover they are not alone. They must contend with a rival group of treasure seekers. But that’s not all. Supernatural forces leave them fighting not for money, but for survival. Featuring found-footage horror elements, Do Not Enter aims to capitalize on the growing popularity of urban exploration content online.

Do Not Enter boasts a strong ensemble of rising genre and TV stars, including Adeline Rudolph (The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Gen V), Francesca Reale (Stranger Things), Jake Manley (The Order), and Laurence O’Fournier (Game of Thrones). Kai Caster (Yellowstone), Shane Paul McGhie, and Brennan Keel Cook star alongside Javier Botet, renowned for his creature work in films like IT, The Conjuring, and Insidious.

The film marks the feature directorial debut of Marc Klasfeld, a highly regarded music video director who has previously collaborated with major artists, including Lady Gaga and Eminem. The screenplay was written by Stephen Susco (known for The Grudge and Texas Chainsaw 3D) and produced by former Geffen Records President Jordan Schur.

This is the latest collaboration between Suretone Pictures and Lionsgate, building on their partnership, which includes films like The Kid.

We’re still waiting for the release date to be announced. However, word is that it will be late 2025 or early 2026. We’ll let you know. In the meantime, check out the trailer.
