Starks, Medatrix Films, and NKY Films, is coming to streaming just in time for the holidays.
Sweet Meats dives into the dark side of American comfort food. Bobby Sweet is a country music icon and the world-renowned face of his namesake restaurant chain, “Sweet Meats,” which he established with his wife in 1978. For decades, the public has devoured their legendary dishes. But some “secret ingredients” should definitely stay secret. The old saying goes, “You’d be disgusted if you knew what you were really eating!” They might be right this time, as the film peels back the curtain on a truly carnivorous conspiracy lurking behind the restaurant’s famous recipes.
