Trap
From M. Night Shyamalan comes this story, starring Josh Harnet, of a serial killer who finds himself surrounded at a concert.
Brightburn
This James Gunn movie follows a kid with powers very much like Superman’s; however, he’s evil, unleashing hell on anyone who gets in his way.
Super 8
J.J. Abrams’ film is set during the summer of 1979. A group of friends witnesses a train crash and investigates subsequent unexplained events in their small town.
Misery
This iconic Stephen King adaptation centers on a famous author who is rescued from a car crash by a fan of his novels. He comes to realize that the care he is receiving is only the beginning of a nightmare of captivity and abuse.
Ghost Ship
This haunting film, directed by Steve Beck, features a salvage crew that discovers a long-lost 1962 passenger ship floating lifeless in a remote region of the Bering Sea, and soon notices that its long-dead inhabitants may still be on board. It also has one of the best opening scenes in the genre.
Thir13een Ghosts
When Cyrus Kriticos, a wealthy collector of unique things, dies, he leaves his house, fortune, and his prized collection of ghosts. The film stars Tony Shalhoub and Matthew Lillard.

This is the original film in the Chucky franchise, introducing everyone’s favorite killer doll.
