Quiver has just unleashed writer-director Angela Gulner’s chilling psychological horror film, The Beldham. The film promises a terrifying look at the primal lengths a new mother will go to protect her child, even when facing an ancient, unseen evil.

In the film, a new mother returns to her childhood home, but finds no comfort there. A malevolent, age-old entity lurks deep within the walls, immediately threatening her fragile peace. As the haunting relentlessly escalates, the mother finds herself pushed to the absolute brink as she fights to protect two things: her newborn baby and her own rapidly deteriorating mind. The film explores the deepest fears of motherhood, turning a sanctuary into a psychological prison.

The Beldham features a strong cast, blending veterans with rising horror stars including Patricia Heaton, Corbin Bernsen, Katie Parker, and Emma Fitzpatrick.

Angela Gulner wrote and directed the film, marking her strong voice in the horror genre. Gulner also produced the film alongside Talia Bella, Mark Meir, and Randy Wayne.

Following its festival tour at events like Sitges, the panic-inducing film, The Beldham, is out today on Digital and On Demand.

The Beldham is that rare type of horror film that many viewers will want to instantly rewatch,” HorrorFuel.com’s Film Festival Editor Joseph Perry said about the film in his spoiler-free review.
