Arrow Announces Chilling and Thrilling Movies and More Coming This November (2025)

The streaming service ARROW is fighting off the post-Halloween slump by launching a massive November 2025 lineup! Subscribers can dive into a curated selection of genre documentaries, wild sci-fi nightmares, and newly restored martial arts masterpieces.

 

November 3: The Final Frontier (US/CA)

 

Suit up! ARROW blasts off with The Final Frontier, showcasing some of the wildest outer-space adventures that genre cinema offers:

  • Sci-Fi Adventures: Dark Side of the Moon, Battle of the Worlds, Gamera Vs. Gyaos.
  • Deep Cuts:
    • Kin-Dza-Dza!: Director Georgiy Daneliya’s existential Soviet-era sci-fi comedy about two average Muscovites teleported across the universe to the bizarre planet Pluke.
    • Phobe: A legendary 1994 Canadian cult hit—an ambitious, feature-length sci-fi action thriller filmed for just $250.
    • Unknown World: A team drills into Earth to find a new ecosystem as the world teeters on the brink of nuclear annihilation.

Keep the horror spirit alive with a selection of essential genre documentaries and an unprecedented look into the film world:

  • Erotic Thriller Deep Dive:
    • We Kill for Love (US/CA/UK/IRE): A four-hour dive into the forgotten world of the direct-to-video erotic thriller that once dominated late-night cable.
    • History of Erotic Cinema (US/CA): Producer Dick Randall presents a revealing look at sex on screen, from D.W. Griffith to modern erotica.

 

November 14: Filmmaker Favorites & Italian Horror Docs

 

Acclaimed documentary filmmaker Alexandre O. Philippe (78/52, Lynch/Oz) takes over the archive with his curated selection, Alexandre O. Philippe Selects (US/CA/UK/IRE). Titles include: Hundreds of Beavers, Incubus, Keoma, Spider Baby, and The Bird with the Crystal Plumage.

This day also brings a double dose of insight into Italian genre legends:

  • Fulci Talks (US/CA): An extensive interview with legendary director Lucio Fulci, discussing his prolific career and contentious relationship with Dario Argento.

November 24: Shaw Brothers Studio Classics (4K Restoration)

 

ARROW continues its appreciation of Hong Kong action with four classics from the famed Shaw Brothers Studio, all making their ARROW debut with new 2K restorations:

  • Demon of the Lute (US/CA/UK/IRE)
  • Portrait in Crystal (US/CA/UK/IRE)
  • Twinkle Twinkle Little Star (US/CA/UK/IRE): An extremely rare example of Hong Kong science fiction!

 

November 28: ARROW AFTER DARK (US/CA)

 

ARROW debuts its newest monthly series, ARROW AFTER DARK, bringing infamous and underseen erotic films to subscribers in North America (with the UK and Ireland to follow).

Inaugural titles include:

  • Frank & Eva (US/CA)
