Are you ready to step back into the most haunted town in horror? The official trailer for Return to Silent Hill, from returning director Christophe Gans, has arrived.

The film centers on James (Jeremy Irvine). He is pulled back to the desolate town of Silent Hill after receiving a mysterious letter from his lost love, Mary (Hannah Emily Anderson). As James searches for her in the once-familiar town, he must confront monstrous creatures. He must unravel a terrifying truth that threatens to shatter his sanity.

In a major connection to the games, Evie Templeton (Wednesday) is reprising her role as Laura. Templeton previously provided the voice and motion capture for the character in Bloober Team’s Silent Hill 2 remake!

This film brings back the creative force behind the 2006 film, Christophe Gans. He wrote the script for the new movie alongside Sandra Vo-Anh and William Josef Schneider.

But there’s more. The haunting score is composed by Akira Yamaoka, responsible for the iconic, unsettling sound design and scores of the original Konami video games!

Get ready, Pyramid Head is back, stalking the fog-filled streets, in Return to Silent Hill, opening in theaters January 2026 from Cineverse.
