Based on the wildly popular video game franchise, “Fallout“ is a wickedly fun story. It’s about the haves and have-nots in a world where there’s almost nothing left to have. Two hundred years after the nuclear apocalypse, the citizens of the luxury fallout shelters (aka the Vaults) are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind.
