This December, you will officially be stuck in a nightmare! Ridder Films, in association with Lucas A. Ferrara, has just released the seriously chilling time-loop horror film, Manor of Darkness!

The Desperate Plan and the Priceless Artifact

The movie centers on Laura. She is a woman facing desperate circumstances as she struggles financially while caring for her terminally ill mother. Her desperation forces her to reluctantly reconnect with her estranged brother, Chris, for what they hope will be one last, extremely lucrative score. Of course, a “last score” in a horror movie never goes as planned. Their target? A remote, gothic English manor that is rumored to house an immensely valuable, priceless artifact.

Posing as a documentary film crew, Laura, Chris, his girlfriend Lisa, and their cameraman Andy gain access to the manor under the guise of filming a historical feature. Once inside, they encounter the manor’s reclusive owner, Lucas, whose cryptic, unsettling stories hint at a devastating, tragic past. And a powerful, lingering supernatural force within the walls.

The Trap: When Time Unravels

The crew’s intrusion quickly turns deadly when they stumble upon a sealed chest deep in the basement. As they manage to force it open, something ancient and incredibly malevolent is unleashed upon them—and that’s when the time itself begins to unravel. Expect a terrifying blend of psychological suspense and classic Gothic fear as the group finds themselves trapped in a horrifying loop with no clear escape.

Meet the Team

Manor of Darkness is directed by Blake Ridder (Help), who also stars in the film. The talented cast also includes Sarah Alexandra Marks (Escape) as Laura, Kim Lysette Spearman (As I Am), Louis James (River of Blood), Blake Ridder, and Stuart Wolfe Murray (Makeup).

Manor of Darkness will be available on US Digital platforms starting today, December 9th. Get ready for a tense, terrifying trip into a haunted past!
