The moment has arrived! Dust Bunny, the highly anticipated feature directorial debut from visionary creator Bryan Fuller (the genius behind Hannibal and Pushing Daisies), is officially hitting the big screen TODAY, December 12th!

Dust Bunny, which is now playing in theaters through Lionsgate and Roadside Attractions. Get ready for a wickedly inventive blend of childhood fears, grown-up terror, intense action, and a beautiful touch of fantasy. Critics are already loving its dark, fairy-tale vibe, so don’t miss out!

A Monster Under the Bed

This movie has an amazing, twisted premise that only Bryan Fuller could dream up. The film centers on Aurora, a gutsy 10-year-old girl who is absolutely convinced that a monster living right under her bed ate her entire family. With no one left, she finds an unlikely ally in her neighbor: a hitman!

Aurora hires a hitman to address her monster problem. He suspects her family might have been collateral damage in a professional hit gone wrong, but driven by guilt, he agrees to help the young girl. Together, they embark on an insane journey to confront both the real-life human monsters and the giant, fuzzy ones lurking in the shadows!

And who plays the hitman? None other than the always incredible Mads Mikkelsen! “Hannibal” fans will be thrilled to see Fuller and Mikkelsen reunite for this dark tale.

The Cast is Absolutely Staggering

Mads Mikkelsen’s casting is enormous, but the talent list doesn’t stop there. Seriously, this line-up is off the charts. David Dastmalchian (fresh off notable roles in Late Night with the Devil and The Boogeyman) is in the mix! And get this: the legendary Sigourney Weaver—yes, Ellen Ripley herself—is also part of this star-studded cast! They are rounded out by the fantastic Rebecca Henderson, “Westworld.”

Fuller is co-producing Dust Bunny with Entertainment One and Thunder Road, and given his incredible track record for lush visuals and deeply unsettling stories, we are absolutely positive this is going to be one of the most memorable and talked-about films of the year!
