Lionsgate just dropped the official trailer for a new suspense-horror movie called Killer Whale, and it looks absolutely intense! If you thought the deep sea was safe, think again.

The premise is super chilling. We meet best friends Trish and Maddie, and Trish tries to comfort Maddie after a “life-shattering tragedy” by taking her on an incredible adventure to a private lagoon halfway across the world. Sounds like paradise, right? WRONG.
That peaceful retreat quickly turns into a terrifying fight for survival when the ocean’s most bloodthirsty predator shows up. This isn’t just any attack; the synopsis suggests the orca is seeking vengeance for a brutal life in captivity.

The trailer offers a frightening look at this vacation gone wrong. We see the two friends enjoying their time in the gorgeous, private lagoon, but suddenly, they are attacked by the bloodthirsty orca! Killer Whale is directed by Jo-Anne Brechin, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Katharine E. McPhee.
