If you survived the holidays without getting chopped into confetti, congratulations! To celebrate your continued existence, it’s time to spend that “New Year, New Me” money on something truly wholesome: a 2D pixelated bloodbath.

Terrifier: The ARTcade Game has officially moved from your hard drive to your shelf. The Physical Standard and Collector’s Editions are out right now, and they are packed with more goodies than Art’s trash bag.

Why Physical?

Because digital copies can’t satisfy that primal urge to hold a box and smell the fresh plastic, plus, if the internet ever goes down during a zombie apocalypse, you’ll still be able to play a game about a silent clown murdering mimes. It’s a win-win.

The “Art-Approved” Collector’s Edition

If you’re a hardcore fan, the Standard Edition is fine, but the Collector’s Edition is where the absolute depravity is at. Here is what’s inside the premium box:

  • Bloody Gameplay Gloves: For when you want to feel the controller without leaving fingerprints (for legal reasons).

  • The “Puke Bag”: Hopefully empty, but very thematic for the Terrifier experience.

  • Art & Vicky Enamel Pins: To spruce up your denim jacket.

  • Art’s Art Book & Soundtrack: Featuring music by Cody Carpenter (son of the legend John Carpenter!).

  • Reversible Poster & Stickers: To decorate your room and worry your parents.

  • The Goods: A physical manual (remember those?!), a thank-you letter, and a reversible cover.

The Game: Retro Violence at its Finest

This isn’t some slow-burning psychological thriller. This is a classic 2D beat-em-up where you play as Art (or his “friends”) to put a bloody stop to the film crews trying to make movies about him.

  • Co-op Chaos: Grab up to three friends for 4-player local co-op.

  • Exclusive Digital Content: The physical editions include a Hardcore Mode with an alternate ending, new skins, and an additional gallery.
