Remember Grace sitting on that porch, covered in the viscera of her in-laws and smoking a cigarette like it was a gold medal? It turns out that wasn’t the finish line—it was just the tutorial.
Ready or Not 2: Here I Come, a must-see, sees the stakes leveled up from “deadly in-laws” to “shadowy global cabal.” Our favorite reluctant bride (Samara Weaving) is back, but this time she’s dragging her estranged sister, Faith (Kathryn Newton), along for the ride. Chained together and performing DIY battlefield surgery, the duo must survive a worldwide game of Hide and Seek to win a seat on the “High Council.”
A Cast of Horror Royalty
Directors Radio Silence (Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett) are going full John Wick with the world-building. To populate this new, bloodier landscape, they’ve assembled a literal Hall of Fame: Sarah Michelle Gellar and Elijah Wood. They’re joined by Kevin Durand, Shawn Hatosy, and Néstor Carbonell. But that’s not all, body-horror maestro David Cronenberg steps in front of the camera for a rare, suitably creepy acting role.
The Sound of Satanic Panic
You can’t have an elegant massacre without a killer score. Hollywood Records has announced the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, featuring a “baroque-meets-slaughter” vibe by composer Sven Faulconer and producer Brian Tyler.
The Vibe Check: Expect “satanic motifs” played on antique instruments like the viola da gamba—because nothing says “I made a pact with the devil” like 17th-century strings. There’s also a haunting rendition of “Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow” by Brian Fallon and Madi Diaz that will make you never want to check your “Group Text” again (Track 4).
The movie features more than just a killer cast and brutal action. It features an amazing soundtrack. And Hollywood Records and Searchlight Pictures have announced the release of Ready or Not 2: Here I Come– Original Motion Picture Soundtrack on March 20, with music by composer Sven Faulconer and original themes by the score’s producer Brian Tyler.
Faulconer and Tyler’s original music deftly combines orchestra and synths, creating a vividly dark backdrop to the intense and often over-the-top horror film sequel directed by Radio Silence (AKA Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett). Also included is a striking cover of the classic song “Will You Love Me Tomorrow” performed by Brian Fallon and Madi Diaz.

Faulconer stated “To score Ready or Not 2, I built upon the orchestral style established by Brian Tyler in the first film while expanding the music to match the sequel’s larger mythology. Working with Matt and Tyler, I developed a new satanic motif designed to drift ethereally through the story, using a baroque-inspired chamber string palette featuring antique instruments like the viola da gamba to reflect the wealth and privilege of the powerful families while creating an elegant yet unsettling sound. The cello became central in shaping this motif and led to a broader satanic theme expressing both the tragedy and darkness of the High Council’s pact with the devil. To balance these darker elements, I also created an intimate emotional theme for Grace and Faith that represents the story’s core of love. A major creative challenge was matching the film’s rapid tonal shifts, requiring the score to transition fluidly between violent chaos, playful mischief, magical mystery, melancholy, tenderness, and ominous ritual.
Ready or Not 2: Here I Come will be slaying it in theaters come March 20! Get your copy of the soundtrack on the same day! For a taste of the horrors to come, be sure to check out the eight-minute sneak peek (here).
