Get ready to clear some space on your watchlist, because British horror is about to get a whole lot creepier. Plaion Pictures has officially unleashed Howard J. Ford’s latest nightmare, Bone Keeper, and it’s a total treat for fans of gritty, claustrophobic creature features.
The film recently celebrated a massive, sold-out World Premiere at FrightFest Glasgow. But don’t stress if you didn’t snag a ticket—you can now experience the dread from the safety (or lack thereof) of your own couch, as the film is officially out on Digital platforms right now!
The Legend of the “Bone Keeper”
The story kicks off with a cosmic bang when a mysterious fireball slams into a remote forest, waking up something that definitely should have stayed asleep.
The mystery officially begins in 1976 when a man named James Wheeler ventures into those woods to find the truth, only to vanish into thin air. The only clue left behind? A single, haunting frame of Super 8 film showing the silhouette of something… distinctly not human.
Descending into the Dark
Decades later, Wheeler’s granddaughter is refusing to let the cold case stay cold. She heads into a system of deep, dark caves with five other explorers to track down the truth behind the legend.
Naturally, the group quickly realizes they aren’t the ones doing the hunting. As the cave walls close in and the shadows start to move, it becomes a desperate race to see who makes it out alive and who becomes the next set of remains in the “Bone Keeper’s” collection.
Out Now
If you’re into horror that blends cosmic mystery with the “don’t breathe” intensity of cave horror, Bone Keeper is a must-watch, delivering that classic British horror grit with a sci-fi twist that’s hard to resist. Watch it now.
