Make Your Own Dark World With Dungeon Craft By 1985 Games!

Continuing on the journey of entering the world of Table Top RPG, I learned that every good adventurer and Dungeon Master needs a battle map to help build their world (or at least plant the seeds of creativity to make it). The awesome folks over at 1985 Games got you covered with their Dungeon Craft series of products that allows you the player to create your own world for your characters to explore at their own risk!

I was sent the Cursed Lands set along with the Turned Earth battle map. First off, the battle map is perfect for the dark foresty world I want to make with one side being full of dark lively grass while on the other side, dead dirt for a land suffering a curse! To add to this map is where the Cursed Lands set comes in, it comes with over 50 pages with terrain pieces you can set up to form the map of your world!

What I really like about the Dungeon Craft set is that all pieces are reversible and with a flip, you can change it to fit the story OR scenery, for example (and my favorite, not gonna lie!), there are pieces that show the top of roofs but when you flip them over it now shows the interior of that building! This is great for someone who does not have the shelf space to make a diorama of a building OR for the DM on the go who could only carry so much with them.

There are so many options that include pieces for interior pieces for buildings, empty or used coffins, monsters, and living or dead trees, the options are limitless, and this also includes if you want to slide in some of your own homemade terrains (Like I did in the picture above). Limitless possibilities for you and your friends to explore whether you’re on an RPG quest or a ravenous wargame, Dungeon Craft will help give you options to work with and to bring your world to life!
