From the co-creator of The Blair Witch Project, horror has a new face this year in the Halloween set horror The Jester, based on the short film of the same name.
“After the recent death of their father, two estranged sisters find themselves being stalked by a malevolent being known as The Jester. Revealing himself to be more than just a man in a mask, the evil entity begins to further torment the residents of their small town on Halloween night. The path to defeating this unholy monster lies with the two sisters who realise that the only way to survive is to figure out how to right the wrongs of their dark past.
Colin Krawchuk makes makes his directorial debut with this horror film, which he wrote with Michael Sheffield, who stars alongside Jesse L. Green and Lelia Symington.
Dazzler Media will unleash The Jester in UK cinemas on November 10, 2023, followed by its US release at a later date.
