One highly unrated supernatural series, “SurrealEstate,” is returning for an all-new season this April. You have enough time to binge the first two seasons, which I highly recommend; it’s like no other haunting series you’ve seen before.
Created and directed by George Olson (watch our interview here), “SurrealEstate” follows real estate agent Luke Roman, who can speak to the dead, and an elite team of specialists that handle the cases no one else can: haunted and possessed houses that scare would-be buyers away. Researching, investigating, and “fixing” the things that go bump in the night, the team works to create closure and closings, even as they struggle with their own demons. All while trying to survive vengeful spirits.
While the second season appeared to be the end of the team, there seems to be more haunting action in store for fans of the series, which ranked as cable’s #2 original scripted series in the timeslot. And we’re here for it.
The show returns to find the Roman/Ireland team three years after the events of season two. They continue to help clients buy and sell metaphysically engaged properties. Still, this season, Luke encounters an old, demonic childhood nemesis who threatens him and everyone he cares about . . . dead or alive.
This gripping series explores death, regrets, teamwork, and facing personal demons. Tim Rozon stars as Luke. The talented cast also includes Adam Korson, Maurice Dean Wint, Savannah Basley, Sarah Levy, and Cassidy Barry.
You can watch the first two seasons now on Hulu before the season 3 premiere on April 3, 2025, on SYFY.
