Wolves and bears and rabies, oh my! The official U.S. trailer for the upcoming Russian (English language) action-horror movie, The Rage (not to be confused with 2025’s Rage), has just been unleashed. And it looks absolutely intense. This film is set to bring a unique, adrenaline-fueled nightmare to screens here in the United States this Fall.
A Desperate Father, a Rabies Epidemic
The Rage, directed by the acclaimed Russian filmmaker Dmitriy Dyachenko (The Last Warrior, Cheburashka), plunges viewers into a horrifying scenario. A rabies epidemic has broken out, causing not only wolves but also bears to turn into ferocious, bloodthirsty monsters.
At the center of this chaos is a desperate father who embarks on a perilous mission to save his son from an isolated hunting lodge. The trailer is packed with action, showing the father’s brutal struggle against the infected animals in a race against time.

The film stars Aleksey Serebryakov, Vsevolod Volodin, and Evgeniy Tkachuk, who are all ready to bring this brutal thriller to life.
