The innocent days of Steamboat Willie are officially over. He’s been completely transformed into a terrifying new character in Screamboat, a new horror film from the team behind the Terrifier franchise. And it will soon be streaming!
The Red Band trailer gives us a brutal sneak peek, featuring a creepy new version of the iconic mouse. It’s safe to say this movie will make you think twice about boarding a ferry anytime soon.
A Twisted Tale
The story follows a group of unsuspecting New Yorkers on a late-night ferry ride. Their relaxing commute turns into a nightmare. A mischievous and murderous mouse begins to hunt them. The film’s official synopsis asks the big question: “Can the ship’s motley crew of travelers find a way to stop a killer creature…?”
A Killer Cast and Crew
The cast includes Allison Pittel, Amy Schumacher, and Jesse Kove, along with Rumi C. Jean-Louis, Jesse Posey, Jarlath Conroy, and Charles Edwin Powell, who round out the cast. Terrifier’s David Howard Thornton stars.
This wild horror-comedy was written and directed by Steven LaMorte (The Mean One) and is from the producers of Terrifier 2 and Terrifier 3.
