We’ve got big news for found footage fans! FOUND TV, the streaming service for all things found footage, just officially picked up Primal Darkness, the latest flick from Dillon Brown (the mind behind the Tahoe Joe franchise and a staple of the Horror Dadz crew). The movie is joining the platform as a FOUND Original just in time for its big debut.

Taking Things to a Darker Place

Director Dillon Brown is known for mixing laughs with his scares, but he’s pivoting for this one. According to Brown, while he loves “fun horror,” he wanted to play it straight this time. The result? Some of the most intense and terrifying scenes he’s ever shot.

FOUND TV CEO Louie La Vella is hyped, too, noting that the platform was “built for filmmakers like Dillon” and that this partnership is exactly what the service is all about.

Where and When to Watch

Catch the World Premiere at the Unnamed Footage Festival in San Francisco (March 24–29, 2026). If you can’t make it to SF, Primal Darkness hits FOUND TV exclusively on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.

Bonus Scares: ‘The Fairfield County Four’

The party doesn’t stop with Dillon. To keep the Horror Dadz momentum going, FOUND TV is also dropping Joshua Brucker’s werewolf found footage feature, The Fairfield County Four, starring Joe Bob Briggs. Brucker (The Woodmen) brings the claws out for a global streaming premiere on Friday, April 10, 2026.
