Deadpool is one of the best movies released this year. Writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are already hard at work on the script for ‘Deadpool 2’. Unfortunately, the film has hit a speed bump. Director Tim Miller has stepped away from the project due to “mutual creative differences” with star Ryan Reynolds who plays Deadpool, according to EW.
The film may not be without a director long. Horror fans are pushing for the sister directing duo of Jen and Sylvia Soska to direct. Fans are Tweeting, posting on Facebook and Instagram in hopes that the studio will pay attention and sign the Twisted Twins to the project.
The multi-talented sisters have several titles on their list, like ‘American Mary’ and ‘See No Evil 2’. They also host GSN’s competition series ‘Hellevator’. They are extremely talented and we would love to see them direct a big budget film. With the help of fans they will. The ladies have a lot to offer, besides being talented directors, they are also fans. They have cut their teeth on the indie horror genre and proven themselves able of creating a movie fans love. Jen and Sylvia also have a bit of a twisted sense of humor, just like Deadpool.
