Superman might have his hands full in the soon to be released Injustice 2, as the Prince of Hell himself, Spawn, has been teased by Ed Boon. Boon revealed they had the rights to Spawn a whole two years ago, but the demon never emerged as a fighter in the then current Mortal Kombat x (a bloody shame too, given what those fatalities might have looked like.
Now however, a cryptic tweet has some fans wondering if Spawn could be released as one of the 9 dlc fighters promised for Injustice 2. Could the Bat Out of Hell be a reference to Spawn? Fans can only hope so.
