Writer-director Jacob Johnston‘s (Kadence) is making his feature debut with the thriller Dreamcatcher (no relation to Stephen King’s novel) and the film’s first cast members have just been announced.
Zachary Gordon, Niki Koss, Olivia Sui, Elizabeth Posey, Emrhys Cooper, Blaine Kern III, and Travis Burns star, Deadline reports.
“It’s an ensemble piece that follows a group who plan to avenge the mysterious death of their friend at a Music Festival, only to end up stalked by the same assailant.”
Filming is set to begin this month for Dreamcatcher, produced by Krystal Vayda and Brandon Vayda who are producing for Quarzo Studios alongside Jacques Kurdian. Jamie Gallagher and Kristifor Cvjetic are co-producing.
