‘Hooked Up’ follows two American men, Tonio and Peter, who have traveled to Barcelona for vacation. When the guys befriend two women,Noemi and Katia, on their first night in Barcelona, they have no idea what they have gotten into. The ladies lure them back to their house with the promise of some fun, but the ladies idea of fun is something very different than he guys have in mind. One of the men won’t be leaving the house alive.
Director Pablo Larcuen has taken a new step in this found footage horror movie. ‘Hooked Up’ may be the only horror movie filmed with iPhones. The movie is shot as if it was actually filmed by the characters Tonio and Peter.
The main characters of Tonio and Peter are played by Jonah Ehrenreich (Criminal Intention) and Stephen Ohl (If I Go). The killers in ‘Hooked Up’ are played by Julia Molins (Hope) and Natascha Wiese.
