Director Neil Blomkamp (District 9) has revealed two more pieces of concept artwork from the ‘Alien’ film he is now working on. The latest artwork shows Ripley talking to a soldier with Hicks standing at her side. You can clearly see in the second one that one side of Hick’s face has been heavily scared, due to the acid from an alien attack at the end of ‘Aliens’. Blomkamp made this statement along with the picture “#alien is going very well. Love this project.”
The first piece of artwork revealed showed Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) in an alien like helmet.
The new film is set to take place after the events of ‘Alien’ and ‘Aliens’, as if the other sequels were never made.
