Paramount+ released the official trailer today for the all-new psychological horror thriller Apartment 7A. Set in 1965 New York City, the film tells the story that came before the legendary horror classic Rosemary’s Baby. Apartment 7A will debut at this year’s Fantastic Fest in Austin, Texas. This fright-filled film will then be featured in Paramount+ Peak Screaming, a collection of fan-favorite horror movies and Halloween episodes. Directed by the filmmaker behind Relic, Natalie Erika James, the film centers on young dancer Terry Gionoffrio, played by Golden Globe winner Julia Garner (Ozark). When it comes to modern aesthetics in people’s homes, two things are becoming more and more common, books and plants. Not that it’s a bad thing, books are awesome and I wish more and more that I had time to just sit and read, and plants help bring life into a room and give you something to tend to. The folks over at Biblio Bloom decided to combine the two uniquely with their book vases! I want to thank Biblio Bloom for sending over the Dracula Book Vase for me to check out! The vase is made of clear acrylic and is part of the Gothic Fiction section of the store if Romance and Fantasy books are not your style. The clear acrylic makes it unique to show off flowers/pants both real or imitation, allowing unique ways to display this vase, since Halloween stuff is now in stores, I took advantage of this and grabbed some faux flowers and Halloween

The long-awaited movie adaptation of Stephen King‘s beloved horror novel Salem’s Lot is finally coming. Vanity Fair has shared the first batch of images from the movie directed by Gary Dauberman, who is known for his work on IT and The Nun. Dauberman told Variety, “You could do a very dry version of this movie, but that’s just not my personality,” He continued. “It’s trying to ride that wave’s ups and downs. You’re having fun with it, and then you can have a scare, and then you’re having fun again. Hopefully it feels like a complete ride at the end.” King himself took to social media earlier this year to speak out on the delay. “I’ve seen the new SALEM’S LOT and it’s quite good. Old-school horror filmmaking: slow build, big payoff.
