I’ve heard the saying “inner demons” many times when it comes to someone with problems of addiction, both when it comes to alcohol and with drugs. The movie ‘Inner Demons’ explores the possibility that there could be more behind addiction, like demons. I sat down with my lap top to write and chose ‘Inner Demons’ to watch in between typing lines. I will admit when I first hit play, that I thought I was about to watch another mediocre movie, I was wrong. After a few minutes the movie had caught my attention and I actually set aside my lap top, which is rare when I’ve got deadlines to meet. ‘Inner Demons’ began with a documentary crew filming the story of Carson, a young woman strung out on several drugs. It started off with hints of a darker story underneath the main plot. When she begins rehabilitation and the drugs begin to leave her system her erratic behavior begins to

We reported several months ago that there is a plan in place for remakes all of the classic Universal Monsters to be made, eventually bringing all of the characters together in one epic movie. ‘Dracula Untold’ was meant to be the first of the films. Now work has begun on the next remake in line, the 1954 classic ‘Creature of the Black Lagoon’. The film follows a group of scientists on a fossil hunting expedition up the Amazon river. During the trip the team encounters a strange human like creature. Things become complicated when the creature falls in love with Kay Lawrence, one of the scientists. Universal already has a star in mind to play the creature’s love interest, Scarlet Johansson, but she has not signed on for the part at this time.

During an interview for the September issue of Total Film Magazine, with director Ridley Scott the statement was issued “He begins shooting Prometheus 2 in January.”. ‘Prometheus’ (2012) was part of the world that began with Scott’s brilliant 1979 film ‘Alien’. ‘Prometheus’ was not a sequel or prequel to ‘Alien’, but more of an expansion on the universe. In the film a group of scientists travel to a new world, following the clues that the once great civilization, who called the planet home, may be the linked to the origin of the human race. ‘Prometheus 2’ in now in early pre-production. After weeks of delay I was finally able to finish Telltale’s second season of their award winning “The Walking Dead” series and after years of avoiding spoilers I was able to see if this game was up to par or better than it’s predecessor and well long story short; it’s good but not as good. Season 2 picks up a couple of months after the events of Season 1 and through a series of unfortunate events Clementine, the young girl we had to take care of in the 1st season is now older, mature and most importantly exposed to the horrors of living in a zombie apocalypse. She ends up with a new group of survivors with a shady past and together embark on a trip to head north and hope that the winter is too much for the dead. Story wise Season 2 is very strong with plenty of twists and difficult decisions unfortunately most of these choices and
