Kevin Smith, known for his films such as ‘Mallrats’ and ‘Clerks’and of course for his role as “Silent Bob”, one half of the awesome duo of “Jay and Silent Bob”, set out a few years ago to make “True North Trilogy”, which included ‘Tusk’ (2014) and ‘Yoga Hosers’ (2015). Smith has now announced his plan for the final film in the series, titled ‘Moose Jaws’. Smith made the announcement on the 40th anniversary of ‘Jaws’ by posting a picture of himself standing next the mechanical shark (nicknamed “Bruce”) used in ‘Jaws’.
“Jaws, the movie that made me fall in love with movies, turns 40 today,” He continued “Next year, I make my homage entitled #MooseJaws. It’s Jaws, but with a moose.”
Very little is known about ‘Moose Jaws’ at this point, except that it is said that in one scene, the Moose eats a child. We can expect ‘Moose Jaws’ some time next year.
