The holiday season is here and it’s time to shop for gifts but there are a couple problems, someone on your list is into collecting creepy things, you’re being forced to get a gift for someone you really don’t like. Fear not (or do fear) the perfect gift is here for you, your very own Robert the Doll! Who’s Robert? Before there was Annabel, there was a doll dressed like a little sailor living in Key West Florida. Why say he’s “Living” in Key West? Many believe that the straw-filled toy is, in fact, alive due to malevolent supernatural forces. Robert was given to a boy, also named Robert, by a house servant in the 1900’s, since then Robert’s family would hear Robert talking to the doll and thought Robert would talk back to himself, changing his voice, but Robert would claim it was the doll talking. Neighbors reported seeing the doll move from window to window while the family

This holiday season, a serial killer couple decked out as Mr. and Mrs. Claus are painting the town red, with blood, in Once Upon a Time at Christmas. The film hails from the team behind The Last Scout, White Collar Hooligan series, and the vampiric TV series Age of the Living Dead. Sayla de Goede and Simon Philips star as the way too jolly, murderous couple. Brook Fletcher, Laurel Brady, Jeff Ellenberger, Devon Mary Doherty, and Christina Vernucci co-star. From the Press Release: Couples that slay together; stay together! Meet Santa and Mrs. Claus: he’s a one-eyed fiend, she’s a curvy, bat-swinging blonde. This serial-killer couple is terrorizing the holidays in an upstate New York town with a series of horrific homicides. Though the victims seem random — a mall Santa, a smooching couple, an innocent family — high-schooler Jennifer and clever cop Sam begin to unravel the sinister pattern behind the slayings. Can they stop the murders before Christmas

I know, I know, it’s not even the most wonderful time of the year yet (obviously I mean Halloween), but we have to talk about Christmas for just a second. Pop! Vinyl is releasing new Krampus bobble heads! I know for sure that they will be on my wish list. Unfortunately, these are not based on the 2015 movie, but they still look spectacular. If anyone is still unaware of who Krampus is, he is basically the antithesis of Santa. He is a very old tradition, but was virtually lost until recently. Now he is back to terrorize those on the naughty list. Along with the standard brown/grey toy, a red/black chase version will also be available. The latter is a 1-in-6 rarity. Additionally, a couple stores will be getting their own exclusives… Hot Topic – “Flocked Krampus” Hot Topic – “Snow-Flocked Krampus,” 1-in-6 chase FYE – “Frozen Krampus” Look for all five Krampus vinyl toys in November.

Holiday Horror
Like most little girls in love with horror genre, I looked up to one particular woman who seemed to have it all, Cassandra Peterson, but you’ll know her best as Elvira. Not only was she she was right in the middle of what I found so cool, horror movies, she was and is still beautiful and funny. I still associate her with many things I love about this genre. This Christmas we have a special treat to share with you, a short claymation masterpiece called ‘Elvira’s Movie Macabre: Scary X-Mas’. In the short Elvira encounters things that go bump in the night as she looks for the perfect Christmas tree. From ‘Elvira’s Movie Macabre’ to ‘Elvira: Mistress of the Dark’ (my favorite), the queen never disappoints.
