Red State and Tusk director Kevin Smith is making his return to horror with the new anthology film Killroy Was Here. When presented with this info, did the Fozzy frontman show trepidation? No way: homey goes with the flow and not only CRUSHES his

Kevin Smith To Begin New Horror Trilogy With ‘Killroy Was Here’

The wait for Kevin Smith’s third installment of the “True North Trilogy” might take a little longer than we expected. Smith is going a head with a new horror film, the first of another trilogy, one in the vein of Creepshow. Smith has partnered with with Florida’s Ringling College of Art and Design for Killroy Was Here, Variety is reporting. The idea for the film came to Smith while doing a podcast. The phrase “Killroy Was Here” was the subject of graffiti during World War II. The image of a bald man with a big nose peeking over walls was almost always present with the street art. This is a monster movie in the sense of a classic morality tale,” Smith stated.”No one wants to see you spill the blood of innocents, but when someone crosses the line and goes bad, you get to make them pay in horrible ways, and the audience cheers. We wanted to make an anthology
