Acadamy Award-winning actor Doug Jones (The Shape of Water) gives a terrifying performance in Gehenna: Where Death Lives, in theaters and On Demand this May.
Special effects master Hiroshi Katagiri (Jurassic Park III, Pacific Rim) makes his directorial debut with the film which he described as “unique, scary, and interesting” during our interview.
Gehenna: Where Death Lives also stars genre icon, Lance Henricksen (Aliens), Eva Swan, Simon Phillips, and Justin Gordon.
Gehenna centers on five people who enter a hidden bunker from WW2 and realize it’s way more than a bunker. Some fates are MUCH worse than death.
Spectral Motion, known for award-winning work on such films as Hellboy and Looper, did the makeup effects on the creature played by Jones.
Gehenna: Where Death Lives opens in theaters across the U.S and arrives on digital Friday, May 4, 2018, from Uncork’d Entertainment.
