This horror, thriller was written and directed by Gerard Johnstone, who also wrote and directed the series ‘The Jaquie Brown Diaries’.
‘Housebound’ borderlines on a horror-comedy, but I must say, I rather enjoyed it. Even though there was a good bit of comedy in the movie, it still had plenty of spooky scenes and high tension moments that all balanced out well. There is nice twist in the story, to keep you on your toes. Gerard Johnstone really did a great job on this movie and Morgana O’Reilly played her role as a Kylie, perfectly.
‘Housebound’ is available on DVD and on Netflix Streaming.
